HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE ORDERS First log in or register. Choose the product then proceed to checkout and fill in the information required. Your order will ship the same day if we receive the order before 3:30pm (PST).
PHONE ORDERS To place your order over the phone, please call to our toll us free at 1-800-980-4744 from Monday through Friday between 7 am through 7pm. Your order will ship the same day if we receive the order before 3:00pm (PST).
PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All Credit Card charges will appear as The Hair Shop, Inc. or Hairpiece.com.
*NOTE Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks accepted. Please call for more details. 1-800-980-4744.
RETURN / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY
FINAL SALE ITEMS Clip-in extensions, wigs, ponytails, hairpieces and clearance items.
REFUNDS There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. No shipping charges will be refunded.
RMA NUMBER You must call to request an RMA number within 10 days of receipt.
CONDITION of ITEM We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed, etc.). Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be fully intact.. For individual extensions, none of the strands should be pulled out in any way.
EXCHANGE If exchange item costs less than the returned item, the difference will be applied to store credit. The difference cannot be refunded. Exchange shipping costs will be applied.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS Returns or Exchanges without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at his/her own expense..
STORE CREDITS A restocking fee will not be charged if you decide to receive store credit towards your next purchase. Store credit must be used within 3 months of the issue date.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
PROTECTION For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send first time orders to the billing address. You must always have billing address that correctly matches with the credit card.
FIRST* TIME BUYER If the billing and shipping address is different for your first time order you must fax in a *legible copy of your photo ID and also the front and back side of your credit card. This rule also applies to International Orders. You can fax your documents to 323-933-9465.
SIGNATURE *All packages will be shipped out with signature required. *(No Exceptions)
RESTRICTED AREA *FedEx does not ship to military (APO/FPO) address and P.O.BOX address.
TRACKING The tracking number will be sent to you through automated e-mail right after we ship out your package. Then you can track your package by going to www.fedex.com/tracking or calling *1-800-GO-FEDEX.
SHIPPING DELAYS
NEXT BUSINESS DAY If you order on Friday for Saturday delivery, You must specify to our sales person that you require a *Saturday Delivery Only Otherwise it will be delivered on the next business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email us at contact@hairpiece.com
FRIDAY SHIPPING Any orders ordered on Friday after 3pm (PST) will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday. If you require Saturday Delivery for Online Orders please specify our sales representatives that you require your order to be delivered on Saturday.
